My last memory of meeting Polly was the day after my birthday. It was a joyful day and friends and relatives came from all over the country including Polly, Rhys, Martha and Rosie. It was lovely weather just like now and many had to stay overnight.
A lovely surprise Polly and Rhys and the girls turned up fo breakfast before going home and cleaned us out of food. Everyone was happy and although we knew Polly had doctor appointments for her cancer I don’t think on that day, I really realised it was serious as she looked so well.
So a beautiful memory of a happy smiling family
